The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 to HILL ENTERPRISES, LLC 328 26TH ST E WILLISTON, ND 58801. The company shall pick up and deliver laundering of rugs, mopheads, rags, towels and privacy exam curtains at Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar and Wolf Point, MT. HILL ENTERPRISES LLC is the only source of services in the area. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and is based upon market research.


This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct competitive procurement.
