7CA08045 Physical Training (PT) Clothing Laundering Services

Solicitation 7CA08045 is an Invitation for Bid issued by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) for professional Physical Training (PT) clothing laundering services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to collect, launder, fold, and deliver PT clothing for students at the CAL FIRE Training Center in Ione, California. To ensure quality and safety, the contractor must use commercially accepted laundering practices for athletic garments, process CAL FIRE items separately from other customers to prevent cross-contamination, and provide itemized inventory documentation for every cycle. Bidders must be licensed to do business in California and in good standing with the Secretary of State. Invoices are to be submitted in arrears, not more frequently than monthly and no less than quarterly, in accordance with Government Code Chapter 4.5.
