The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the establishment of a single‑award firm‑fixed‑price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the integrated planning and execution of U.S. 250th Anniversary ("Freedom 250") public events and outreach activities in South Korea, in support of U.S. Embassy Seoul.
