Full Description

As part of a long-term strategy beginning in 2024, FLTLB established a pool of qualified French‑language editors through a Request for Bids (RFB) in compliance with the OPS procurement directive. This pool was created to ensure timely, flexible access to editorial capacity for curriculum and related materials.
This model has proven to be effective, efficient and high value. External editors bring specialized expertise in language, style and standards, while providing flexible, as required and on demand capacity that complements internal resources. This pool approach has enabled the branch to manage fluctuating workloads, advance multiple projects concurrently, and maintain rigorous editorial quality without over reliance on a single internal position.
