The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B51326Q00000008, for the requirement of QUARTERLY – DAIRY, MEATS, GENERAL SUBSISTENCE, and KOSHER. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2026-01. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 500 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026.  Deliveries will be made to Federal Transfer Center, 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $15,000.00.
