This modification is to announce that the solicitiation for this action can be found under a corrected solicitation number that reads SPE600-16-R-0508. Please refer to SPE600-16-R-0508 for updates and changes to the new solicitation. Under this FBO notice, this solicitation is numbered SPE600-16-R-0508. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESBA will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP/Solicitation) for outsourcing services to perform Fuel Operations, Support Operations, and Management and Administration pertaining to the receipt, storage and handling, and issue services for capitalized fuel products (Turbine Aviation Fuel, Aviation, JP8 (MIL-DTL-83133F); Retail Gasoline, Automotive (EN 228); Retail Diesel (EN 590) or any additional product designated by the Contracting Officer) at Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) fuel facilities in Okinawa, Japan. This includes services for the operation, maintenance, security, and environmental protection of Government aviation and ground fuel facilities at Camp Kinser, Camp Foster, MASC Futenma, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, and Camp Gonzalves in Okinawa, Japan.
