The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) intends to retain a Contractor to provide construction services for its Island Lake detachment located on Stevenson Island besides the Garden Hill First Nation reserve. Stevenson Island is a remote community in Northern Manitoba, accessible only by Air or Winter Road.
