Fueling Infrastructure Equipment Replacement and Improvements

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) operates and maintains a municipal fueling facility that supports a fleet of more than 1,100 vehicles and equipment units utilized by multiple City departments. The City's fueling infrastructure includes both conventional liquid fuel dispensing equipment and CNG fueling systems. Several components of the existing fueling infrastructure have reached the end of their useful service life and require replacement to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient fueling operations. To support continued fleet operations, improve system reliability, increase fueling capacity, and modernize aging infrastructure, the City intends to replace existing fuel dispensers, install additional CNG dispensing equipment, and replace existing time-fill fueling equipment. The improvements contemplated under this solicitation are intended to enhance operational efficiency, improve maintainability, reduce downtime associated with aging equipment, and support the City's long-term fleet fueling needs.
