This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a contract to US Foods Inc. dba US Foodservice “US Foods GFG Bismarck.” (Cage Code: 5J751), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the North Dakota Region. This contract, SPE300-26-D-3024, will have a period of performance of 469 days from July 19, 2026 to October 30, 2027, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J & A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR Overhaul 6.301(b).
