Full Description

Provide complete installation of five (5) new laboratory fume hoods. The work will consist of the removal of existing units, site work for new installs, and installation of five (5) new fume hood units, with mechanical, electrical and supply lines reconnection and operational check. There is a possibility of an Optional Service for 2025-2026. THE DOCUMENT CONTAINS AN INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT For further instructions please consult “Special Instruction to Bidders”, SI08, “Industrial Security Related Requirements” and “Supplementary Conditions” SC01 “Industrial Security Related Requirements, Document Safeguarding Location”. ***Amendment No. 001: This amendment is prepared to extend the solicitation end date to January 29, 2025 and: • Modify the evaluation procedures and basis of selection • Modify the method of payment • Remove the option to extend the contract • Modify the appendix 1 - financial bid presentation sheet • Modify the appendix 4 – form related to evaluation criteria • Modify the scope of work in the annex A – Statement of Work
