NOTICE Pursuant to HRS 103D, electronic sealed offers via the Public Purchase System will be received up to 3:00 P.M., Hawaii Standard Time, on July 30, 2026, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, for the Furnishing and Delivery of Firefighter Uniforms for the County of Kauai Fire Department. Bids of $100,000 or more will not be accepted. Bidders are requested to contact the Purchasing bid contact for this solicitation, whose information can be found on the Public Purchase solicitation page, if their intended bid is in the amount of $100,000 or more. The Director of Finance reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Prospective persons or entities interested in accessing and responding to Formal Small Purchase (FSP) Document No. FSP-4109, assigned by the Division of Purchasing must be registered as a Public Purchase Vendor, Hawaii Region, and Kauai County Agency.
