Furniture categories 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6 Canadian Grain Commission – Thunder Bay
1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/C and covers a requirement from the following Product Categories of the SA:
- Product Category 1 - Interconnecting Panels and Freestanding Systems;
- Product Category 2 - Freestanding Height Adjustable Desk/Table Products;
- Product Category 3 - Metal Filing and Storage Cabinets;
- Product Category 5 - Ancillary and Lighting Products
- Product Category 6 – Support Space – Collaborative Furniture
2. The Canadian Grain Commission has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to 221 North Archibald St, Thunder Bay, Ontario by the soonest date or December 31st, 2023.
3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the PSIB stream of Suppliers (SA holders).
4. This procurement is set aside under the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
5. There is no security requirement associated with the requirement. For additional information, consult the bid solicitation document.
6. Submission of Bids:
BIDS RECEIVED BY EMAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED AS OFFICIAL.
The only acceptable email address for responses to the bid solicitation is bidreceiving-receptionsoumissions@grainscanada.gc.ca.
Bids submitted by email directly to the Contracting Authority or to any email address other than bidreceiving-receptionsoumissions@grainscanada.gc.ca will not be accepted.
The maximum email file size that the Canadian Grain Commission is capable of receiving is 8 megabytes. The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size.
The Bidder should be cognisant of the size of the email as a whole, and not only the attachments. Please take into consideration that some attachments, when sent, may be resized during the email transfer. If the email size is too large, the Bidder should send the bid in multiple emails properly labeled with the solicitation number, project name, and indicate how many emails are included (ex. 1 of 2).
