AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office chairs to Calgary, Alberta requested by November 30, 2023. Important Notice to Bidders: Conditional reserved bidding under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business This is an open competition however, this solicitation may be reserved among Indigenous Businesses if two conditions are met: bids from two (2) or more Indigenous Businesses are responsive with the mandatory requirements of this Request for Proposal, and bids from two (2) or more Indigenous Businesses are, in the evaluation team’s opinion, not affiliated within the meaning used in the Competition Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34. Indigenous Businesses is here defined as an entity which has submitted with its bid a valid Annex C – PSIB Certification. If the above conditions are not met, the procurement will remain open for competition among all businesses.
