AI Contract Overview
Fayette County School Corporation is soliciting proposals for enterprise licensing for existing Cisco and Meraki equipment, transitioning from a Co-Term model to an Enterprise Agreement. The district is seeking a three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions, with payment options aligned to E-Rate terms from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. In addition to licensing, the project includes the supply of Category 2 network equipment, such as switches, wireless access points, cabling, and related maintenance. Bidders must provide separate pricing options for Essentials, Advantage, and mixed licensing tiers. This project is strictly contingent upon obtaining Category 2 E-Rate funding, and the selected vendor must utilize E-Rate SPI discounted invoicing. The district requires the flexibility to adjust quantities or cancel the project based on funding availability. Proposals must be submitted in both hard copy and on a USB flash drive to the administration office by noon EST on April 1, 2026. Submissions must include line-item pricing, company certifications, three professional references, and a ready-to-execute contract that acknowledges all E-Rate contingencies.
