FY25 ADMN Catering

The Massachusetts State 911 Department, under the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, is soliciting qualified catering providers for meetings and events at various office locations, including Middleborough, Milford, Middleton, and Springfield. This is a rate contract with no maximum obligation, structured as a rolling enrollment that allows multiple vendors to qualify for work through November 1, 2028. The performance period runs from December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2028, with an estimated annual expenditure of 25,000 dollars. The scope of work includes providing breakfast and lunch options in buffet or individual formats, with a requirement for specialized dietary menus such as vegan, gluten-free, and kosher options. All beverages must be provided in cans or glass bottles, as plastic bottles are prohibited. Award selection is based on best value criteria, focusing on the vendor's ability to service the specified locations, menu variety, and reasonable pricing.
