FY27 Production and Deployed System Support (P&DSS)

The Strategic Systems Programs intends to award a sole-source order under Basic Ordering Agreement N0003025G1038 to General Dynamics Mission Systems in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, for critical support services related to the COLUMBIA-class submarine program. This includes onsite System Integration Testing, deployment, and installation support for the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator at the Kings Bay Trident Training Facility, as well as repair and maintenance of Hardware Configuration Items for both the COLUMBIA and DREADNOUGHT programs through the Shipboard Electronics Repair Facility. All work must adhere to strict technical standards including Ordnance Directives, SSP SERF Program Plan, Standard Repair Procedures, and other designated SSP directives and checklists. The contract is not open to competitive bidding as GDMS is the only entity with the necessary design expertise, system knowledge, and operational experience to meet the technical, cost, and schedule requirements for the TRIDENT II Fire Control Subsystem.
