Renewed for FY26, copy to repeat next FY as needed. This is for CAT III/IV to do one contract action to execute repairs at multiple facilities which have roof leaks. FMS's to provide list of facilities. PRI Job List York-1351: Slow dripping roof leak has developed in the lobby way. This leak is near the women restroom and kitchenette break room. Customer currently has a ceiling tile removed and bucket in place to catch rainwater. York-1346: In the paint/blast booth area, there is a tremendous amount of water that leaks down the wall. Unsure if this has been previously captured on the previous consolidated repair project. York-1833: Severe leak in Bay 2 near fire wall that separates Bay 1 and Bay 2. Suspect a combination of issues to include HVAC duct work support pedestals on the roof needing to reseal, along with potential repairs in the immedient areas of the roof penetrations and the fire wall itself. York-2020: • Approximately 100 linear Ft. of gutter needs to be replaced in front of the loading dock and associated down spouts. • Suspect more than one roof leak above production floor. This roof does not have roof access, scoping the roof is very difficult here and will require coordination with the building supervisor (below) and the contractor to nail down exact areas.
