Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements


The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with National Environmental Inc.,  Practicon, First Nations Distribution, and Henry Schein for various dental supplies that include various examination supplies, cleaning and hygiene, restorative, surgical and extraction, not limited to endodontic   “on an as-needed basis.”



The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with (4) option periods:


Base Period: July 01, 2026 to June 31,2027


1st Option Period: July 01, 2027 to June 31,2028


2nd Option Period: July 01, 2028 to June 31,2029


3rd Option Period: July 01, 2029 to June 31,2030


4th Option Period: July 01, 2030 to May 31,2031


The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.


No further awards will be made unless the need for Gallup Service Unit changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.  In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.


Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than June 8, 2026 5:00 PM Daylight Saving Time.  In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government.



This notice of intent is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued.
