NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE


Solicitation Number:  15M10226QA4700286


The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Middle District of Alabama Internet. 


The period of performance for this effort will be a 5-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. The total estimated value is $11,100.00.


This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106 for the aforementioned requirement.  This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement.


The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
