If selected, bidder shall execute contract document (items in red will be changed prior to award).INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONSInstructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation.STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached) apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract. EVALUATIONPDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items or provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive. Quote must be valid for 60 days. The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field.
