FY27 Treatment Services: Eastern District of Texas

The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is soliciting treatment services for federal defendants and individuals under court supervision via a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a base period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and an option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods at the Government’s unilateral discretion. The primary services required include substance use assessments, individual, group, and family counseling, with performance expected to occur within the designated catchment area centered on Prosper, Texas.
