The type of patients to be cared for will require care and services above the level of meals, room and board. Care services will include: a supervised, alcohol and drug free environment, supportive case-management services and provision of transportation to and from medical care at the BP VA Healthcare System. Beneficiaries receiving care will be provided supplies and education to support basic health and personal hygiene maintenance. Facility must meet the following requirements: a. The standards of the Life Safety Code (National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) #101); b. The fire and safety code imposed by the State Law; and c.
