The program manager will maintain and operate the Eatontown Service Satellite Outreach Center primarily loca ted at 809 Pinebrook Road, Eatontown, NJ. Services will be on a full time basis; the period of performance is 01 JAN 2004 through 31 DEC 2004 and includes three one-year option periods. Proposed acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and award will be made on a Best Value basis. Offeror must have knowledge of the Department of the Army policy governing all ACS programs and a wide variety of social service agencies for the referral of soldiers and family members.
