The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award of a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.

Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) requires contractors to provide a Health Care for Homeless Veterans Contract Emergency Residential Services (HCHV CERS) program under the Medically Enhanced Services model. The program aims to place homeless Veterans in a community-based, preferably home-like residential facility offering short-term emergency housing. Services provided to eligible Veterans include 24/7 supervised room and board, dietetic services, laundry facilities, medical case management, medication management, and coordination with VA staff, in accordance with the PWS. Reference the draft PWS for additional details.
