The Department of National Defence is seeking bids for eight pressure dial indicating gauges, identified by NSN 01-3064390, part number 3566-1-1, and NCAGE 13859, to be delivered to 25 Canadian Forces Supply Depot in Montreal by March 31, 2027. The solicitation, numbered W8485-279511/A, was issued on June 23, 2026, with bids due by July 23, 2026. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit electronically via the epost Connect system, which has a per-message limit of 1GB and a total conversation limit of 20GB. In the event of identical low bids, award is determined by earliest delivery date, earliest bid receipt time, and bidder’s after-sales service track record. Payment is due at a firm unit price upon completion, delivered via Direct Deposit, EDI, or Wire Transfer, with invoices submitted only after full delivery and distributed to specific accounting and contracting authorities. Bidders must submit a Declaration of Convicted Offences and may need to provide additional integrity documentation and Federal Contractors Program certification.
