Nature of Requirements:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) in Yellowknife, NWT, has a requirement for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required for the provision of Garbage Removal Services.
1. The garbage removal services will take place within the city limits of Yellowknife, NWT.
2. The Contractor must perform the work during regular business hours of 08:00 - 16:00 unless otherwise requested by the Project Authority or authorized representative.
3. The Contractor must obtain permission to access the site and this permission may be obtained from the project authority or the authorized representative.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
