Gasket and Preformed Packing Set; Preformed Packing

The Department of National Defence is seeking bids for the supply of gasket and preformed packing sets and preformed packing items to be delivered to CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt under solicitation number W8482-264710/A. The requirement includes four line items: two quantities of the Gasket and Preformed Packing Set (Part Number D25 D32-0-R0 P0-SO-9515-3, NCAGE D2752, Bosch Rexroth AG) with 22 units for Halifax and 12 for Esquimalt, and two quantities of Preformed Packing (Part Number 9060-4, NCAGE D2752, Bosch Rexroth AG) with 60 units for Halifax and 37 for Esquimalt. All items must be new production of current manufacture, supplied directly by the principal manufacturer or its accredited agent, and conform to the latest specifications in effect at bid closing. Delivery must be made Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) under Incoterms 2020 to the specified locations using the most economical shipping method, with shipping charges shown separately on invoices. Packaging must adhere to Canadian Forces Packaging Specification D-LM-008-026/SF-001, with each item individually packaged, and all packages must be marked with specification number, manufacturer name, cure date, manufacture date, and shelf life expiration date as required. Bar code labeling using UCC/EAN-128 symbology with Application Identifiers 241 (PSCN) or 7001 (NSN) must be applied in accordance with DND standard D-02-002-001/SG-001, with human-readable interpretation below the barcode. Items must retain at least 75% of their authorized 120-month shelf life upon delivery. Bids must be submitted in three sections—Technical, Financial, and Certifications—with pricing visible only in the Financial Bid. Bidders proposing equivalent or substitute products must provide full technical equivalency documentation demonstrating form, fit, function, quality, and performance compatibility with Canadian military systems. Preference is given to Canadian goods and services, and only bids containing valid Canadian content certification may be considered if two or more such bids are received. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated price on an item-by-item basis, provided the bid is
