Solicitation 140P4526Q0010 is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside for a firm-fixed-price contract to troubleshoot and repair the HVAC system on the first and second floors of Building 26 at the Gateway National Recreation Area, Sandy Hook Unit, in Fort Hancock, New Jersey. The scope of work requires a licensed contractor to diagnose leaks and faults in Daikin VRV-IV Heat Pump units and associated air handlers, replace up to six faulty valves or fittings, braze all fittings and refrigerant lines, and recharge the system with R410A refrigerant. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, ensure the system is fully operational, and adhere to a five-year warranty on repairs.
