GDC-181B-CM Transitional Center - Savannah, Georgia

The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission, acting on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections, is soliciting Construction Management at Risk services for Project No. GDC-181B-CM. The project involves the renovation and conversion of an industrial facility in Savannah, Georgia, into the Savannah Transitional Center.
