Section I
The County of Santa Clara (the “County”) is requesting quotations from suppliers to provide a brand-new Generac Generator Model # SD020 or Approved Equal for the Roads and Airports Department as specified in this Request for Quotations (eRFQ).
This is an ALL or NONE bid. Bidder(s) are required to bid on all Line Items to be considered for an award.
This RFQ may result in a one-time purchase order.
The County will consider an equal or better product. County shall be the sole judge in determining if the offered product is equal or better and the County’s determination shall be final. Order is FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Added. Bid Prices should NOT include sales tax and other government-imposed fees as the County will calculate these at the time of the award.
