ANY CONTRACTOR WHO HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY AWARDED A CONTRACT THROUGH ITB 2025-A-146, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION The purpose of this bid is to add to the list of pre-qualified contractors, obtained from ITB 2025-A-146, for a variety of construction related projects, on an as needed basis. Work awarded under this Bid shall be divided into three (3) separate lots. Contractors may be awarded for multiple lots under this Bid. Lot #1 shall include projects valued from $0 up to $49,999 - The City may choose any one (1) awarded Contractor in Lot #1 to perform projects of $5,000 or less. Projects over $5,000 up to $50,000 the City will attempt to obtain at least two (2) quotes from the awarded Contractors in Lot #1 through a secondary quoting process. Lot #2 shall include projects valued from $50,000 up to $199,999 - The City will attempt to get a minimum of three (3) quotes from the awarded Contractors in Lot #2 through a secondary quoting process. Lot #3 shall include projects valued over $200,000 - The City will attempt to get quotes from all awarded Contractors in Lot #3 through a secondary quoting process. Lot #3 requires Contractors to have bonding capacity at this level. Contractors are required to submit a letter of surety indicating their bonding capacity, with their submission to this solicitation.
