General Contracting Services

This solicitation, identified as ITB 2025-A-146A, seeks to pre-qualify contractors for an on-call list to perform a range of construction-related services for the City of Apopka’s Parks and Recreation Department, excluding any contractors previously awarded under ITB 2025-A-146. Work is divided into three lots based on project value: Lot #1 covers projects from $0 to $49,999, where the City may select a single contractor for projects $5,000 or less and obtain at least two quotes for projects between $5,000 and $50,000; Lot #2 covers projects from $50,000 to $199,999, requiring at least three quotes from pre-qualified contractors; and Lot #3 covers projects over $200,000, requiring quotes from all contractors in the lot and mandating demonstrated bonding capacity with a letter of surety submitted with the bid.
