Invitation to Bid Sealed Proposals will be received at the Town Hall Offices, Office of the Town Clerk, 12 School Street, Hudson, NH, until 10:00 AM, local time, September 25, 2026, for the following: GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES HUDSON, NEW HAMPSHIRE The Town is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors to establish agreements with up to three (3) firms to provide general contracting services, including building repairs, maintenance, alterations, renovations, and related facility improvements for Town-owned buildings and facilities. Work will be authorized on a project-by-project basis through written work authorizations or purchase orders. The Town may award fewer than three contracts if an insufficient number of responsive and qualified proposals are received. All questions with regard to this Request for Proposal shall be submitted in writing only to the attention of: Elvis Dhima, P.E. The deadline for all questions shall be 10:00 AM on September 18, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on the proposer's company qualifications and general contracting experience, key personnel and technical capabilities, municipal/commercial experience and references, project management and scheduling approach, and proposed pricing.
