Additionally, a Vehicle Miles Traveled screening concluded the car wash is a local-serving commercial use with less than significant transportation impacts. Other related developments in the area include the QR Logistics Center and the Birtcher Commerce Center, both of which are subject to strict geotechnical, drainage, and noise standards, as well as City of Calimesa inspections regarding fugitive dust and soil moisture during construction.
