Site visit will be held on Tursday, May 7th at 1pm EST.



This is a presolicitation notice issued in accordance with FAR Overhaul subpart 5.101, Presolicitation.

(4) Description.


(i) See the attached Statement of Work which is provided to allow prospective quoters to make an informed business judgement about requesting a copy of the solicitation directly from the Contracting Officer. Requests must be submitted no later than May 12th at 12:00 PM. Quotes will be solicited directly from suppliers in accordance with FAR Overhaul subpart 12.201-1(c)(2).


(ii).  This acquisition will be conducted using simplified procedures for commercial products and commercial services in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. Award will be made to the responsible vendor that best satisfies the Evaluation Criteria of this presolicitation. 


(iii) All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
