Genie S-85 HF Telescopic Boom Lift

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Forest Service, is soliciting competitive bids for the purchase and delivery of one new, unused Genie S-85 HF Telescopic Boom Lift. The equipment, which must feature 4WD and either foam-filled turf and sand tires or air-filled flotation tires, will be used primarily for harvesting seed cones in forestry operations. No substitutions for the specified brand or model are permitted. The successful vendor must deliver and offload the equipment at the FFS Central Shop in Lake City, Florida, by June 30, 2027. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest grand total price. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by September 28, 2026, and must include an acknowledgement form, a completed price sheet, and a forced labor certification. Preference may be given to Florida-based businesses, certified business enterprises, and those with drug-free workplace certifications. Payment will be made via state government warrant upon satisfactory delivery and inspection, subject to a 1% transaction fee and annual legislative appropriation. The vendor retains all risk of loss until the Department formally accepts the delivery.
