GESPC II Project - Commissioning Services

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking qualified firms to provide Commissioning Services under the GESPC II Project, identified by solicitation number PE-92200-RFQ-2027-000000091. Responses are due by August 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM, with the solicitation posted on August 4, 2026. The Authority maintains full discretion to reject any or all submissions, waive minor irregularities, or cancel the procurement at any stage without obligation. A strict communication restriction is in place from the date of advertisement until final award; firms are prohibited from initiating any contact with Georgia World Congress Center Authority staff, officials, consultants, or related parties regarding the scope or submission, except through formally submitted questions or existing agreements. Finalists and apparent awardees are also barred from issuing public statements or press releases concerning their status in the process. Violations of the communication restriction will result in automatic rejection of the offending firm’s submission. The project is classified under a state and local government (SLED) procurement with no set-aside designation, and performance is expected to occur within Georgia.
