The equipment must have a minimum 70-inch mulching width and a minimum 20-foot boom reach, capable of mulching vegetation up to six inches in diameter, and must include all necessary hydraulics, controls, and accessories for full operation. The product must be current production, free from defects in materials and workmanship, and manufactured in accordance with industry standards for heavy equipment attachments. This acquisition is set aside entirely for small businesses as defined by NAICS code 333120 with a size standard of 1,250 employees, and all responsible small business concerns are invited to submit quotations.
