This project will Replace HVAC Units in Lee’s Ferry, Page, and Wahweap Housing Units. This area sees excessively hot summers in addition to cold winters, current systems are aging (most past or nearly life expectancy and using old refrigerant technology). The replacement of HVAC systems will enable more efficient operations, reduce power demand and provide for more comfortable conditions for residents while also enabling our maintenance staff to upkeep systems for the next decade.
