Full Description

The United States Space Force, 50th Contracting Squadron (50 CONS), at Schriever Space Force Base, CO is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of performing a turnkey system integration for the Chiller Replacement project.

The project requires the complete replacement of two existing chillers with two new, Government-specified Trane CenTraVac® water-cooled centrifugal chillers within a mission-critical central utility plant. Please see attached for any additional details.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Project management for all phases of the project.
Demolition and removal of two existing chillers and associated pumps.
Structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications required to accommodate the new equipment.
Procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the two new Trane chillers.
Integration of the new chiller controls with the existing campus-wide Building Automation System (BAS).
