The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 3,570 ABOA square feet of contiguous office space above the first floor in the Central Business District of Greenville, South Carolina. The specified area is bounded by Academy Street, Church Street, South Academy, Vandry Street, Augusta Street, and Church Street. The lease requires nine structured and reserved parking spaces, and the space must comply with government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and sustainability. Additionally, the location must not be within high-risk floodplain areas and must pass an Agency Security Review, prohibiting proximity to schools, daycares, or businesses that could impede government operations. The government is currently occupying this amount of space in Greenville and is evaluating options for alternative locations that may offer economic advantages while considering costs related to relocation, including tenant improvements and infrastructure adjustments. Interested parties must submit expressions of interest by June 5, 2026, including the address, available square footage with a floor plan in PDF format, and rental rates. The desired occupancy date is November 2027, and submissions are to be sent to Elizabeth McCullough of the GSA’s Office of Leasing.
