"Scope of Work is to Grade the area within the Runway Lateral Clear Zone (Primary Surface) IAW Table 3-2 items 11-14 and Figure 3-6 Navy & Marine Corps Class B Runway of UFC 3-260-01. Remove all bollards located within the Primary Surface and Clear Zones of Runway & Taxiway Papa and replace with vertical reflective markers (40 Inch max height) which are flexible or mounted using frangible couplings. There are approximately 8 sets of 4 bollards Inboard/Outboard of Runway, 1 set of 5 bollards RWY13 Overrun, and approximately 10 sets of 4 bollards Outboard of Taxiway Papa. NOTE 1: Any dirt areas that are created by the grading must have grass planted to mitigate FOD issues."
