MPSR#: 37879461 Deliverable: DB-IH Requested Schedule (FY and Quarter): FY26/Q4 Priority: 3 IPL Type: CNIC-SPECPROJ CMP-OMN-II (May be NF) PSC Design: C1GD - Architect and Engineering- Construction: Open Storage Facilities PSC Construction: Y1GD - Construction of Open Storage Facilities FEAD Planning Support: ESAR, 1391, 1354 Environmental Support: CATEX, SHPO, Storm Water, Habitat, Wet Land Delineation. CIO Review: NA REIMB Labor: NA Requirement: Refer to attached maps, provided by customer for site details (located in V-drive project folder): a. Prepare laydown sites 1, 2, 3, 5, and 9 for various laydown activities, as shown on the attached graphic. Conduct storm water design. Conduct land clearing, soil erosion control, grading, grubbing, including existing roads. There are ~ 150K-sq. ft. of laydown surfaces and ~2.5K LF of roadway surfaces to prepare for various laydown activities. Site development element considerations include but are not limited to: • Stormwater Design • Subgrade preparation. • Stormwater Management • Gravel placement. • Soil and surface stabilization. • Surface grading. b. The construction contract cannot be awarded until the NEPA process is complete, including all necessary consultations. Environmental studies to support consultations and stormwater design are scheduled to complete early FY26, Q3 and can be referenced under eP# 1877866. c. Stormwater design elements required as part of the NBK MS4 Permit coverage area, to be determined at Final Design deliverable. Final Stormwater Design may suggest and require maximum filtration. d.
