ELIVERABLE: CAT-2, DB, TO REQUESTED SCHEDULE: LOCATION: Dry Dock 6, BREMER-706, PSNS 1391: Yes REQUIREMENT: Replace drainage pump #3 and associated valves. 1. Replace drainage pump 3 with new VFD pump/motor. 2. Replace valves 9A, check valve and piping. 3. Replace drainage pump 3 starter with VFD starter. 4. Replace valves 15,16,17,18 and check valve. NOTES: Phase 1 of phased project was completed on MSR: 18313104 JUSTIFICATION: System is at end of life and at immediate risk of failure.
