Modernize, repair, and structurally modify Dry Dock 3 (DD3) in support of Los Angeles and Virginia-class (Blocks I-V) submarine dry dock requirements. This project will modernize DD3's inner, outer, and superflood caisson seats to remove operational restrictions for docking Virginia-class submarines, stabilize the entrance, and protect against uplift during high water events.
