Project will replace approximately 62 trackage miles of existing rail with 115# rail in the magazine and barricade areas and 136# rail along the Main Line. Project will reactivate 14 mi of Main Line from Main Side to Waterfront for redundancy and 0.25 mi of track in Army Barricades. HB-10 will be repaired to support reactivated Main Line and RR signals will be replaced at crossings along Normandy Road. Security fence line will be repaired along rail.
