Provide a maintenance hangar in support of 3 STA. Usable floor area will allow independent movement of the aircrafts and will be calculated using the formula (Wingspan + 9 m) × (Length + 9 m). The project will also include office space area, fire suppression system, grounding points, standby power generators, equipment and installations for the production and distribution of compressed air. Special electrical voltages and frequency converter to match aircraft requirement will also be required. Doors will be sized with a minimum width clearance of 6 m greater than the wing span and operated with electro-mechanical door opening mechanism. Exact location, required lighting and fencing modifications, and demolition of existing facilities vs. construction of additional access apron options will be determined at the TBCE stage.
