2/14/13 Replace Fire Alarm System and conform to current NFPA code requirements. System to include buildings 6111, 6112, 6113, 6114 and 6115. Connect to existing Kingfisher (Interface) Radio Transmitting System and Fire Sprinkler System. Existing system: Main Fire Alarm Panel: Simplex 4100 (Addressable) w/Remote Annunciator Initiation Devices: Smoke Detectors, Manual Pull Stations, Water pressure and Tamper switch. Notification Appliances: Audio/Visual Devices. Radio Transmitting System: Kingfisher KFI Interface Panel & KFR Radio Transmitter Replaced FA system components should be offered to the MCBH KBAY FA Shop for their inventory. If they don't want the components, they should be disposed of as part of the contract. Request work be sent to contract. Site visit mandatory.
