MPSR #31737774 Deliverable: CAT-2 DB-IH Requested Schedule: FY26 Q2 Priority: 4 IPL Type: NAVSEA-NUWC-NWCF REIMB Labor: Yes Requirement: The scope consists of a design-build construction project that will renovate B91 to improve the off-gas laboratory and allow adequate space and infrastructure for equipment, material inspection areas, and material cleaning. The scope will include: • Removing existing HVAC, electrical systems, and partitions and storage racking to accommodate new layout and modernization. • Install new HVAC, electrical, and partitions to meet space and equipment demands laboratory mission. • Create zero gas storage, dive equipment maintenance, and pier support areas for operational needs. • Install finish electrical systems to accommodate workstations, equipment, and support operation. • Repair and epoxy all floor areas. • Clean, prepare, and paint walls and ceiling. • Install adequate lighting for all spaces. • Relocate bathroom door for building occupants. • Install NMCI and RDT&E network services. *Project does not include the procurement of furniture (e.g. tables, chairs, office partitions)
