Will require moving the landscaping rocks and digging down the Hot water pipe and fixing the leaks. Remove 1 dead tree from the area. Justification: There are currently (3) separate leaks in the 2300 series BEQ's is causing serious ground water issues and hazardous conditions on the sidewalks used by sailors on a daily basis.
