MSR 30697580 Deliverable: CAT 2 DB-IH Requested Schedule: FY27, Q1 Priority: 3 IPL Type: CNIC-NB-OMN-SQ PSC: NA REIMB Labor: NA FOS: MICHAEL FOSS Requirement: Replace the Entire Domestic Hot Water Loop in 2300 Series BEQ, Bangor. Repair (3) separate leaks to the underground Domestic Hot Water system in the 2300 series BEQ. The leaks are in front of B2309, B2308 and B2306 in or around the sidewalks. Will require moving the landscaping rocks and digging down the Hot water pipe and fixing the leaks. Remove 1 dead tree from the area. Justification: There are currently (3) separate leaks in the 2300 series BEQ's is causing serious ground water issues and hazardous conditions on the sidewalks used by sailors on a daily basis. The hot water loop is the original water loop installed when the 2300 series BEQ's were built. It is old and failing. LOL# 680-B2308 LOL# 42-B2309 DD1391 not needed
