Real estate requirement - report of excess for proposed demolition of Bldg 3511 EV Comments: Conduct NEPA review. Plans will be needed to control dust emissions. Tree removals as a result of demolition will require Section 7 consultation with the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Provide NRM (Taylor Bozman) with number of trees and timing of project immediately as information becomes available. Expect 30 days for consultation to be completed before work can begin. CRM Comments: B3511 is not a historic building. It is also outside of the NSGL Historic District. Coordination and documentation with IL SHPO will be done prior to starting any physical activity. AM Comments: Approved. Please provide a V7 record for Real Estate Requirement Package. EV Air Quality Comments: Contractor must provide a Fugitive Dust Control Plan as part of contract requirements, which will be subject to EV review and approval. Plan must include discussion and reference to plans to control surface water releases of any water or chemical used to control fugitive dusts. Contact Air Quality Mgr Charles Wilk for further guidance during RFP phase. Please consult with Ms. Mahan of EV concerning standards applicable to water run-off from the project. 5/5/23 Charles Wilk.
